Bruce has been the most fabulous person to me. I asked him to help me find a home, gave him the "wish list" and he set out to help me. We looked at several homes, then he took me to the home that I now reside in. He was constantly in contact with me to discuss all matters of purchasing my house. Bruce walked me through every step of the way to make sure I was protected and answered all my questions. He called and e-mailed several times after I moved in to check on me and my new home. I have had some issues with my home and he has gone above and beyond to help me solve these issues with the builder. I wanted to take a moment to write you about the excellent service Jake Mossman gave me with assisting me in buying my house. I want to give you a little background on myself so you realize the gratitude I have for your company and the service it provides. I have lived in Florida the last 19 years and have been in the mortgage industry from retail to wholesale for the last 12 years. Florida is a very competitive state when it comes to real estate and I have worked with a lot of agents in my past. So with that being said, I would like you to know that Jake went above and beyond in customer service. During the process of buying my home the inspection report stated the roof needed to be patched and fixed. The sellers had a company come out and fix it. We had a invoice stating that everything was complete. However, Jake went back on the roof himself to make sure it was done. ( I don't know any Realtor who would have done that)

Since I was living in another State during the process of listing and selling my property in NM, I relied entirely on Irma though every step of the process, including determining the asking price (she researched this and made a recommendation which proved to be "on the mark"), dealing with our property managers, the renters living in the home (which required more than usual amount of time and attention), suggestions on work to be done to the house to enhance selling potential (which proved to be very important in making the sale), handling the negotiations with the prospective buyers and the eventual closing process. Irma is a very responsive and organized professional agent. She always returns calls, texts, or emails. Irma also provided additional information and ideas about things I had not considered. I first met Mr. Crichton on Memorial Day 2009. I actually called a different real estate agent but he wasn't interested in helping me and sent Bruce Crichton instead. The property was very inexpensive so perhaps that is why that particular agent did not want the deal. Mr. Crichton was there in twenty minutes to meet me at the property I wanted to see. He was very patient, showed me everything about the property and helped me to submit an offer. Bruce was thorough and very very professional, as proved to be the case time and time again. I would say that the one thing that impressed me the most about Bruce was his tenacity. He never gave up. He kept after it through all of the deals gone bad. "Originally, we put the house up for sale by owner before moving to Tucson. Shortly after the move, we received a call from Jake Mossman of EXIT Realty who asked us how things were going with the sale of our home. The funny thing about this phone call was that Jake was in the neighborhood with another client who just so happened to crash into a water truck right in front of our house.
